Cancellation Policy

BLIP AI operates on a usage-based model. You purchase Generations as and when you need them, and there is no recurring or auto-renewing subscription — so you are never billed again automatically.

Cancelling a purchase

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you may request cancellation within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the purchase, provided that none of the Generations from that purchase have been used. Eligible cancellation requests are processed within 2 (two) business days, and any refund due is issued to your original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Stopping use / closing your account

Because there is no recurring subscription, no further charges are made unless you choose to purchase additional Generations. You may stop using the Service or request closure of your Account at any time by emailing us at aneesh@blipai.io from your registered email address.

Enterprise

Cancellation and termination for Enterprise Customers are governed by the written order or master agreement entered into with the Enterprise Customer.
