Return & Refund Policy

BLIP AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered electronically. As there is no physical product, "returns" do not apply; instead, this policy explains how refunds are handled.
Refund eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with BLIP AI. If the Service does not perform as described or does not meet your requirements, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at aneesh@blipai.io from your registered email address, within the eligibility period, stating your account details and the reason the Service did not meet your requirements.
Refund mode and timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (the card, bank account, UPI, or wallet used at the time of purchase) through our payment partner. Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3 (three) business days and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 (five to seven) business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exclusions

Refunds relate to the specific purchase you are dissatisfied with.

We may decline refund requests made after the 7-day window, or where there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the Service.

Enterprise refunds are governed by the written order or master agreement entered into with the Enterprise Customer.
