Privacy Policy

• Account information: name, email address, and login credentials you provide when registering.

• Payment information: billing details processed through our payment partner. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers; these are handled directly by our payment partner.

• Content and inputs: the prompts, briefs, and questionnaire content you create or upload to generate output.

• Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, such as features used, log data, device and browser information, and IP address.

• Cookies: small files used to operate the website, remember your preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use your information to (a) provide, operate, and improve the Service; (b) create and manage your account; (c) process payments and purchases; (d) generate AI output you request; (e) provide customer support; (f) send service-related communications; and (g) comply with legal obligations under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To generate questionnaires, Content (including briefs, prompts, and instructions) that you submit may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI/large language model providers ("AI Providers") for the sole purpose of generating output that you have requested. We also rely on trusted third parties for payment processing and hosting/infrastructure services. These providers are permitted to use your data only to perform services for us, under appropriate data-processing arrangements.

Training and retention by plan type:

• Free Trial users: Content submitted under the Free Trial tier (including briefs and generated questionnaires) may be used by BLIP AI to evaluate, improve, and train the AI models that power the Service. Free Trial Content is retained for a maximum of six (6) months from submission, after which it is deleted from our active systems.

• Paid Plan users (Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise): Content submitted under any paid Plan is treated as confidential to the Customer and is NOT used by BLIP AI to train or fine-tune its AI models or improve its services. Where supported by our AI Providers, equivalent no-training arrangements apply at the infrastructure level. Paid-Plan Content is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to meet applicable legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

​We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers described above (AI Providers, payment processor, hosting/infrastructure providers), or where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Retention periods depend on the type of data and the Plan under which it was submitted. Free Trial Content is retained for up to six (6) months; paid-Plan Content is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with applicable legal obligations in your jurisdiction.

When you delete your Account or your Account is closed at your request, all personal data, Content, and other information associated with your Account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active systems and routine backups within thirty (30) days. Once this deletion is complete, the data cannot be retrieved, recovered, or restored from our secure servers. The only exception is information that we are required by applicable law to retain — for example, tax, accounting, and regulatory records, or information relevant to an ongoing dispute, legal claim, or investigation — which will be retained only for the minimum period required by such law and securely deleted thereafter. We will confirm completion of deletion on request.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The specific rights you have over your personal data depend on the **data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction**. These may include, where applicable, the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data; the right to withdraw consent; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; the right to data portability; and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10 below.

The Service is intended for individuals aged **18 years and above**. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable laws. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
